Oh, this hotel had its ups and downs! The location was amazing, in the heart of bustling Barcelona, perfect for exploring the city. However, the room was a bit of a letdown, with noise and lack of hot water. The service was friendly but forgetful, although the location made up for it. The dining experience left much to be desired with limited options, and the facilities were average at best.
